Time continues to decrease with OVRs with 10 hours for the 92And 9 hours for a 91. Negotiation takes time, there is a time frame you have to wait for such as a payback period 12 hours for the 93 OVR so if you want the 93 you have to trade at least 12 hours before the end of the window.
